On November 26, 2022, Troopers out of SP Warsaw with the assistance of New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision, arrested Odysee J. Thomas, 35, Talia I. Mercado, 29, and Iesha R. Sanders, 31, all of Rochester, NY, charging them with promoting prison contraband 2nd.
Troopers arrested Thomas, Mercado and Sanders for allegedly having marijuana on their persons while inside the Attica Correctional Facility. All three were transported to SP Warsaw for processing and released on appearance tickets returnable to Attica town court at a later date.

On November 26, 2022, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Michelle S. Froebel, 44, of Alexander, NY, charging her with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th.
Troopers were assisting Warsaw Police at a traffic stop on Genesee Street in the village of Warsaw and Froebel was allegedly found to be in possession of cocaine.
She was transported to SP Warsaw for processing and was released with appearance tickets for the village of Warsaw court, where she is due to appear at a later date.

On November 24, 2022, Troopers out of SP Batavia arrested Robert P. Grimm Jr., 56, of Batavia, NY, charging him with aggravated driving while Intoxicated and other vehicle and traffic infractions.
On November 24, 2022, Troopers stopped Grimm Jr. on East Saile Drive in the town of Batavia for traffic infractions. While interviewing Grimm Jr., an odor of alcoholic beverage was present. Grimm Jr. was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and transported to SP Batavia, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.18% BAC.
Grimm Jr. was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Batavia court, where he is due to appear at a later date.
