A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Adam M. Kreutz accusing him of two counts of burglary in the second degree, a class C violent felony, assault in the second degree, a class D violent felony, assault in the third degree, a class A misdemeanor, and attempted coercion in the first degree, a class E felony, after an incident on Sept. 5-6, 2022, where Kreutz allegedly entered a dwelling on Ellicott Street in Batavia two times, with the intent to commit a crime. Kreutz allegedly caused injury to a person by means of a dangerous instrument, steel/hard toed boots. During the assault, Kreutz allegedly told the victim he had to permanently vacate the apartment in which he was legally residing.

Tammy L. Cicatello has been indicted and is accused of the crime of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, a class D felony. Cicatello is accused of possessing a firearm on July 30, 2022 in the City of Batavia. District Attorney Kevin T. Finnell reports that Cicatello was previously convicted of the crime of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 5th degree, a class D felony, on April 25, 2011 in Wyoming County Court, which forms the basis for current indictment.

Chaz T. Brandon, Jr., has been indicted and is accused of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, a class B felony, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree, a class C felony, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a class A misdemeanor. On August. 11, 2020, in the Town of Bergen, Brandon Jr. was allegedly found to be in possession of 67 red plastic containers, each containing cocaine, with intent to sell it. The aggregate weight was allegedly one-eighth ounce or more. Brandon Jr. is also accused of knowingly and unlawfully possessing a controlled substance, oxycodone.

Christian I. Andrzejek has been indicted and is accused of burglary in the third degree, a class D felony, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a class A misdemeanor, and petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Andrzejek is accused of entering a shed on Washington avenue in Batavia, on September 6, 2022 with the intent to commit a crime therein. On the same date and location, he is accused of possessing methamphetamine and of stealing clothes.
