GENESEE COUNTY/City of Batavia Fire is a distribution site for food, water, cots and blankets

First responders from City Fire as well as leadership teams from the County and the City organized a food drive today and over 30 residents made hot food, businesses donated food, Red Cross had blankets and cots.

NYS sent 14 pallets of supplies, and too many to thank. They were delivered to the hardest hit areas running shelters. Alabama, Oakfield, Elba, Pembroke, Corfu, Darien and Grace Baptist Church in Batavia.-

The City’s MRAP rescued 30 motorists caught in the storm Friday night. A travel ban is still in effect in the City of Batavia, be safe and stay warm!
