Daniel J. Bakowski, 42, of Ellicott Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with Assault Third, Harassment Second, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Criminal Mischief to Prevent Request for Emergency Assistance. On 1/18/23 Bakowski was arrested for the above charges following an investigation into a domestic incident.  It’s alleged that Bakowski assaulted a family member while children were present.  Bakowski was turned over to the Genesee County Jail to await Centralized Arraignment Part Court. The investigation was conducted by Officer Rissinger and Sgt. Cowen.

Karina M. Treleaven, 38, of Prospect Avenue, Batavia, NY, is charged with Driving While Intoxicated. On 1/17/23 Treleaven was arrested after an investigation into a complaint of a possibly intoxicated driver.  Treleaven was issued tickets to appear in Batavia City Court on 2/8/23 at 9:00am. The investigation was conducted by Officer Martinez and Officer Crossett.

Eric R. Raymond, 52, of Hillside Drive, Batavia, NY, is charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Drinking Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle, and Failed to Yield the Right of Way. On 1/15/23 Raymond was arrested after a traffic stop. It is alleged that Raymond was found to be intoxicated by alcohol with a BAC of .08% or more while operating a motor vehicle.  Raymond was issued traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 2/1/23 at 9:00am. The investigation was conducted by Officer Gombos.

Lazeuia D. Washington, 45, of W. Main Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with Menacing Third and Harassment Second. On 1/14/23 Washington was arrested after allegedly becoming physically aggressive with a female at a rooming house in Batavia.  Washington was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part court by Judge Mattice and released with a return date of 1/24/23 at 1:00pm. The investigation was conducted Officer Rissinger and Officer Freeman.

Jason W. Whitehead, 25, and Natalie N. Neureuther, 23, both of Bank Street, Batavia, NY, are each charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, and Acting in a manor Injurious to an Individual Under 17 Years of Age. On 1/13/23 Whitehead and Neureuther were arrested on the above charges following an investigation into an incident that occurred on 12/01/22 in an apartment on Bank Street.  It is alleged that probation discovered evidence that was turned over to Batavia Police Department and later tested positive for cocaine.  Additionally, the items were alleged to be located in the immediate vicinity of and easily reachable to a three-year-old child that was present at the time. Both Whitehead and Neureuther were issued appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 1/24/23 at 1:00pm. The incident was investigated by Officer Quider and Genesee County Probation.

Anne Marie Boyce, 46, of Woodrow Road, Batavia, NY, is charged with Dog Running at Large. On 1/13/23 patrols responded to Woodrow Road for three loose dogs.  Boyce was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia City Court on 1/24/22 at 1:00pm.

On 1/12/23 police responded for another call of a loose dog in the area of Woodrow Road. Boyce was issued another appearance ticket for Dog Running at Large and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 1/24/23 at 1:00pm. The incident was investigated by Officer DeFelice and Animal Control Officer Quilliam.

Anne Marie Boyce, 46, of Woodrow Road, Batavia, NY, is charged with Dog Running at Large. On 1/12/23 Boyce was arrested for Dog Running at Large after an incident on 1/10/23.  Boyce was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia City Court on 1/24/23 at 1:00pm. The incident was investigated by Officer Crossett.

Alicia M. Lyons, 43, of Colorado Avenue, Batavia, NY, is charged with Resisting Arrest while being arrested on multiple warrants. The incident was investigated by Officer DeFelice and Animal Control Officer Quilliam. On 1/11/23 Lyons was arrested for multiple warrants out of Batavia City Court.  The first warrant was issued after a trespass arrest at a local business on 5/28/22 where she was issued an appearance ticket.  The second warrant was issued after a trespass arrest at the same business on 7/20/22 where an appearance ticket was issued.  The third warrant was issued after another trespass arrest at the same location, also on 7/20/22, and the issuance of an appearance ticket.  The fourth warrant was issued after another trespass arrest at the same business on 7/24.  Lyons was arraigned in Batavia City Court after this arrest and released on her own recognizance.  The fifth warrant was issued after Lyons allegedly kicked another person at an apartment complex on E. Main Street, and the issuance of an appearance ticket.  The sixth warrant was issued after an appearance ticket was issued for a trespass arrest for the same business on 12/6/22. Lyons failed to appear for all cases. This arrest was conducted by Officer Post.  While being taken into custody on these warrants it is alleged that Lyons resisted arrest.  Lyons was arraigned in Batavia City Court by Judge Burns and was remanded to Genesee County Jail in lieu of $750 bail and was scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 1/19/23 at 1:00 pm.

Gabrielle E. Melton, 27, of Walnut Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree. On 1/9/23 Melton was arrested on an arrest warrant out of Batavia City Court for Criminal Mischief Third.  Melton allegedly spray painted another person’s vehicle on Summit Street on 8/21/22. Melton was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released on her own recognizance.  Melton is scheduled to return to Batavia City Court on 2/7/23 at 3:00pm. The incident was investigated by Officer Moscicki.

Patrice C. Haight, 60, of Allen Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Speeding. On 1/7/23 Haight was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for speeding on West Main Street. Haight was issued tickets to appear in Batavia City Court on 1/18/23 at 9:00am. The investigation was conducted by Officer Gombos and Officer Yung.

Daryl T. Stalter, 37, of Brockport Spencerport Road, Brockport, NY, is charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated DWI with BAC .18% or more and open container. On 1/7/23 patrols located a vehicle and disturbance in the area of North Spruce Street and Eleanor Place.  Stalter was arrested and charged with the above charges after an investigation and issued tickets to appear in Batavia City Court on 1/25/23 at 9:00 am. The investigation was conducted by Officer Weglarski, Officer Girvin and Officer Moscicki.

Ballard P. Maye, 36, of Swan Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Criminal Mischief and Harassment in the Second Degree. On 1/6/23 Maye was arrested for the above charges following a domestic incident that occurred on 12/31/22 at a residence on Swan Street.  Maye was arraigned in Batavia City Court and is schedule to reappear on 1/17/23 at 2:00pm. The incident was investigated by Officer Mruczek.

Timmy J. Frazier, 65, of Main Street, Batavia, NY, was arrested on two warrants out of Batavia City Court. On 1/5/23 Frazier was arrested on two warrants out of Batavia City Court.  The first warrant stems from an incident on 1/10/22 at a business on Main Street where Frazier was charged with Trespass, Resisting Arrest and Obstructing Governmental Administration for allegedly fighting with Officers.  Frazier was issued an appearance ticket.  The second warrant stems from an incident on East Main Street on 8/8/22 in Batavia where Frazier was arrested for Trespass after allegedly not leaving a business property when told to.  An appearance ticket was also issued in that case.  Frazier was arraigned in Batavia City Court on both warrants and was remanded to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of of $500A / $1000B / $3000E. Frazier is scheduled to reappear in Batavia City Court on 01/11/23 at 1:00 pm. The incidents were investigated by Officer Quider, Officer Gombos, Officer McGinnis and Officer Lindsay.

Zachary J. Sauberan, 27, of 2nd Street, Dunkirk, NY, is charged with Harassment in the Second Degree. On 1/4/23 Zachary Sauberan was arrested for Harassment Second for a physical confrontation on Bank Street in Batavia.  Sauberan was issued an appearance ticket. The incident was investigated by Officer Freeman and Officer Rissinger.

Aaron T. Hendershot, 26, of Ellicott Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with Failure to Appear. On 1/3/23 Hendershot was arrested on two warrants out of Batavia City Court.  One warrant was issued after he failed to appear on a charge of Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree stemming from a domestic incident on 10/10/22 at a residence on Washington Avenue in Batavia.  The second warrant was issued for failing to appear on charges of Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree and Criminal Trespass, also stemming from a domestic incident that occurred on 9/11/22 at a residence on Washington Avenue in Batavia.  Hendershot was arraigned in Batavia City Court and held on bail set at $2,500 A, $5,000 B, and $10,000 E.  Hendershot is to appear in Batavia City Court on 1/12/23 at 3:30pm. The incidents were investigated by Sgt. Coffey, Officer Gombos and Officer Rissinger.

David A. Kendall, 50, of Bank Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with Stalking in the Fourth Degree. On 1/2/23 Kendall was arrested for Stalking in the Fourth Degree.  Kendall allegedly followed another motorist to a residence where he got into a verbal dispute.  Kendall was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia City Court on 1/17/23 at 1:00pm. The incident was investigated by Officer Post.

Olivia J. Patten, 25, of North Main Street, Oakfield, NY, is charged with Theft of Services. On 1/2/23 Patten was arrested for Theft of Services after she allegedly left a local business without paying for services rendered.  Patten was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia City Court on 1/17/23 at 1:00 pm. The incident was investigated by Officer Yung and Officer Quider.

Alyssa K. Hillman, 29, of Main Street, Corfu, NY, is charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Richard W. Reid, 54, of Main Street, Corfu, NY, is charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Accident, and Moving from Lane Unsafely. On 1/2/23 Batavia Police Investigated a hit a run accident at Main Street and Oak Street where a vehicle drove over the concrete median and a traffic sign.  It is alleged that Reid was the operator of the vehicle and that he drove away from the scene.  It is further alleged that Reid then switched seats with Hillman who was operating the vehicle when patrols stopped it on Ellicott Avenue.  Both Reid and Hillman were arrested for the above charges and issued traffic tickets to appear in Batavia City Court on 1/18/23. The incident was investigated by Officer Gombos and Officer Yung.

Michael W. Flint, 23, of Spring Street, Mount Morris, NY, is charged with Failure to Appear on an Appearance Ticket. On 1/1/23 Flint was arrested on an arrest warrant issued by Batavia City Court for failing to appear after being issued an appearance ticket for Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree.  Flint was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part Court by Judge Mattice and released on his own recognizance.  Flint is to appear in Batavia City Court on 1/10/23 at 1:00pm. The investigation was conducted by Officer Post.

Billy Joe Budziszewski, 31, is charged with Trespass and Obstruction of Governmental Administration. On 1/1/31 Budziszewski was arrested after being asked to leave a local business numerous times and did not comply.  While being arrested, Budziszewski allegedly fought with officers.  Budziszewski was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia City Court on 1/10/23. The incident was investigated by Officer Freeman and Officer Tucker.

Julie R. Richardson, 32, and Jarrod K. Fotiathis , 28, homeless, are each charged with Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree. Richardson and Fotiathis were arrested for Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree after they were located inside of a building in the City of Batavia that they did not have permission to be in.  Both were released on an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia City Court on 1/17/23 at 1:00pm. The incident was investigated by Officer Mruczek and Officer Post.

Cordero L. Royes, 35, of Maple Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with Harassment in the Second Degree. On 1/1/23 Royes was arrested for Harassment in the Second Degree after he allegedly struck another person during an argument.  Royes was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part Court by Judge Mattice and held on $1 cash bail.  Royes is to appear in Batavia City Court on 1/17/23 at 1:00pm. The incident was investigated by Officer Moscicki.

Cordero L. Royes, 35, of Maple Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with Assault in the Third Degree. On 12/31/22 Royes was arrested for Assault in the Third Degree after a domestic incident investigation where it is alleged that he struck another person in the face and ribs. Royes was arraigned in Batavia City Court by Judge Mattice and held without bail on charges from another incident (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st).  Royes is to appear in Batavia City Court on 1/17/23 at 1:00pm. The incident was investigated by Officer Tucker and Officer Moscicki.

Cordero L. Royes, 35, of Maple Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the First Degree and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. On 12/31/22 following a traffic stop Royes was arrested on the above charges, arraigned in CAP Court on 1/1/23 and held without bail.  Royes is due back in court on 1/17/23. The incident was investigated by Officer Freeman and Sgt. Lindsay.

Jamie L. Broadbent, 40, of Walnut Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree. On 12/30/22 Broadbent was arrested for Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree after an investigation into a complaint where Broadbent had been previously trespassed from a residence and was later found inside of the same residence.  Broadbent was arraigned in Batavia City Court and is to re-appear on a later date. The incident was investigated by Officer Gombos and Officer Post.

Mark A. Remington, 48, of W. Main Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with Sex Offender Failure to Report Address Change.  On 12/29/22 Remington was arrested on an arrest warrant out of Batavia City Court.  Remington was arraigned in Batavia City Court on 12/29/22 at 9:30am by Judge Rogers and released on his own recognizance.  Remington is to appear in Batavia City Court on 1/11/23 at 1:00pm. The incident was investigated by Detective Ivison and arrest made by Officer Mruczek and Officer Martinez.
