incidents over the course of the last few months. Driscoll was arrested by the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office on January 21, 2023 on four separate warrants for his arrest.
Driscoll was arrested on a Wyoming County Superior Court warrant for failing to appear on a previous felony arrest and was also arrested on a Superior Court Warrant for bail jumping in the 2nd degree for failing to appear on the previous arrest, as well as two separate criminal domestic investigations in the Village of Castile.
In regard to the domestic incident, Driscoll is charged with criminal contempt in the 2nd
degree, a class A misdemeanor, for violating a stay away order of protection after contacting a

complaint at the same Village location on January 19, 2023. Driscoll had contacted the same

County Court Justice. Driscoll was arraigned in front of Judge Michael Mohun on January 23rd
and remanded to the Wyoming County Jail without bail. He will return to Wyoming
