Anthony J. Gostomski, 35, of Buffalo, NY, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and DWI/Leandra’s Law, after allegedly operating a motor vehicle while having a child less than 4 years old unrestrained in the back seat following a call into 911 for a male subject slumped over the wheel of his car at 680 Broadway Road in Darien on April 3, 2023 at 6:57p.m.
Gostomski was released with appearance tickets and will appear in Darien Town Court on April 18, 2023 at 4:00p.m.

Scott E. Clark, 62, of Stafford, NY, is charged with DWI, failure to obey a police officer and driving left of pavement markings, after allegedly operating a motor vehicle while allegedly intoxicated by alcohol on Rt. 262 in the Town of Elba on March 10, 2023 at 6:37p.m.
Clark was held at the Genesee County Jail pending arraignment the following day.

Andrew W. Taylor, 35, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal mischief 4th degree after allegedly damaging property, a bed frame, at the Genesee County Jail, 14 West Main Street, on April 2, 2023.
Taylor was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia City Court on April 25, 2023 at 1:00p.m.
