Jakob N. Abrams, 18, of Darien, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, operating a motor vehicle while using a phone and failure to keep right, after an investigation into a property damage accident on Harper Road in Darien on April 30, 2023 at 1:59a.m.
Abrams was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Darien Town Court on May 9, 2023 at 4:00p.m.

Danielle F. Reed, 34, of Auburn, NY, is charged with DWI/ previous conviction within 10 years, aggravated DWI, Per SE- driving with a BAC of .18% or more/previous conviction within 10 years, speeding in a zone, failure to dim lights and moving from a lane unsafely after a traffic stop on May 7, 2023 on Telephone Road in Pavilion at 1:50a.m.
Reed was issued uniform traffic tickets and released. Reed is to appear in the Town of Pavilion Court on June 20, 2023 at 3:00p.m.

Auntunez J. Antunez, 35, of Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, failure to keep right and speeding in a 55mph zone, after a traffic stop on Clinton Street Road in Batavia on May 5, 2023 at 11:25p.m.
Auntunez was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on June 1, 2023 at 1:00p.m.

Christopher J. Gulczewski, 33, of Holley, NY, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child after allegedly threatening to kill the children’s mother in front of the children on the family’s front lawn on May 3, 2023 at 3:20p.m.
Gulczewski was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing. He is being held pending a CAP Court arraignment.

Jerrol P. Newell, 53, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree, following a police investigation at the Genesee County Jail at 14 W. Main Street.
Newell was arrested on May 5, 2023 while incarcerated at the jail for the incident that occurred on May 2, 2023.
Newell was arraigned in Genesee County CAP Court by Judge Mattice, and then was remanded back to the custody of the Genesee County Jail. Newell will appear in Batavia City Court to answer the charge at a later date.
