Heather N. Holbrook, 38, of Walnut Street, Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a narcotic with the intent to sell 3rd degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance 4th degree. On 5/17/23, Officer Rissinger arrested Holbrook on the above charges. The charges stem from a traffic stop on East Main Street where Holbrook was found to have an active warrant out of the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office. Holbrook was found to allegedly have a significant quantity of a narcotic in her possession during the traffic stop. She was processed and arraigned in Batavia City Court and released on her own recognizance. She will return to Court on 06/01/2023 at 1:30 PM.
Jeremy P. Holbrook, 40, of West Bergen Road, Bergen, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree. On 5/17/23, Officer Rissinger arrested Jeremy Holbrook on the above charge. It is alleged that Jeremy was in possession of a controlled substance that was discovered during a traffic stop on East Main Street. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Batavia City Court on 6/06/2023 at 1:00 PM and released.
Nathaniel L. Beglinger, 31, of Peaviner Road, Alexander, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd degree and obstructed view. On 5/17/23, Officer Rissinger arrested Beglinger on the above charges. The charges stem from a traffic stop on East Main Street where Beglinger, who was the vehicle operator, was allegedly found to be in possession of a controlled substance. Beglinger was processed at the Batavia Police Department and issued an appearance ticket returnable to Batavia City Court on 06/06/2023 at 1:00 PM.
Rosemary R. Waters, 37, of East Main Street, Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree. On 5/17/23, Officer Rissinger arrested Waters on the above charge. It is alleged that Waters was in possession of a controlled substance discovered by police during a traffic stop on East Main Street. Wataers was arraigned in Batavia City Court on 5/18/2023 and held on $1.00 cash bail. She is scheduled to return to Batavia City Court on 5/30/2023 at 1:00 PM.
Chantel C. Holmes, 23, of Walden Creek Drive, Batavia, is charged with assault 3rd degree and criminal mischief 4th degree. On 5/08/23, Officer Freeman arrested Holmes on the above charges when she appeared at Batavia City Court on another matter. The arrest stems from a disturbance at a residence on Ellicott Street on 5/07/23. Holmes is alleged to have struck another individual in the head with a shovel causing injury, as well as damaging property. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released to appear at a later date.
Donald F. Koziol, 55, of Franklin Street, Batavia, is charged with driving while intoxicated and no or insufficient tail lamps. On 5/14/23, Officer Tucker arrested Koziol on the above charges following a traffic stop on Ellicott Street. Koziol was issued traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 5/31/2023 at 9:00 AM for arraignment.
Ashley Davis, 34, of Walden Creek Drive, Batavia, is charged with driving while intoxicated, unlicensed operator, and unsafe backing. On 05/08/2023 Officer Mruczek arrested Davis on the above charges after investigating a report of a vehicle backing over a sidewalk curb and into another vehicle in a parking lot on North Street. Davis was released with traffic tickets and is appeared in Batavia City Court on 05/24/2023 at 9:00am.
A 17-year-old female of Ellicott Street, Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd degree. On 5/14/23, Officer Post arrested a 17-year-old female on the above charge after she allegedly struck another individual at a local park. She was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia City Court on 5/30/23 at 1:00 pm and released.
Kevin M. McCoy, 56, of East Main Street, Batavia, is charged with trespass and harassment 2nd degree. On 5/12/23 Officer Martinez arrested McCoy on the above listed charges following a physical altercation which occurred at a local business on East Main Street. He was arrested on scene and transported to the Genesee County Jail where he was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part Court. He was release on recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 5/30/2023 at 1:00 PM.
Lakeisha A. Gibson, 36, of Park Road, Batavia is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree. On 5/15/23 Officer Crossett arrested Gibson charging her criminal contempt 2nd degree for failing to obey a subpoena to appear at a trial. Gibson was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia City Court on 5/30/23 at 1:00 pm and released.
Carolyn L. Kurek, 80, of West Main Street, Batavia, is charged with trespass and harassment 2nd degree. On 5/16/23, Officer Tucker arrested Kurek on the above charges. It is alleged that Kurek refused to leave a location on North Street. After Officers spent a lengthy time negotiating with her she failed to leave, and when police were removing her, she kicked and scratched them to avoid leaving. Kurek was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia City Court on 5/30/23 at 1:00 pm and transported to her apartment where she was released.
Zakara R. Jackson, 19, of Trumbull Parkway, Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree. On 5/16/23, Officer Gombos arrested Zakara Jackson for the above charge. Jackson was arrested on outstanding bench warrants when she was allegedly found to be in possession of a narcotic and drug paraphernalia. Jackson was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part Court and released.
Jeanette L. Higgins, 47, of Ganson Avenue, Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd degree. On 5/15/23 Officer Yung arrested Higgins for harassment 2nd degree after she allegedly threw an acquaintance to the ground during an argument. Higgins was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia City Court on 5/30/23 at 1:00 pm.
Teesean T. Ayala, 24, of Walnut Street, Batavia, is charged with trespass, obstruction of governmental administration, and criminal impersonation. On 5/21/2023, at about 6:05 AM, City of Batavia Police responded to Vine Street for the report of a male entering driveways and checking car door handles. City police were able to locate the male, identified as Teesean Ayala. Ayala lead city police on a foot pursuit through backyards in the northeast section of the city. Ayala was eventually apprehended and charged with trespass, obstruction of governmental administration, and criminal Impersonation. Ayala is due to appear in Batavia City Court on 6/6/2023 at 1:00 PM for arraignment.
