Joshua R. Brown, 25, of Elmira, NY, is charged with criminal trespass 3rd degree and harassment 2nd degree after allegedly trespassing in an enclosed area at Darien Lake Theme Park at 9993 Alleghany Road in Darien on May 29, 2023.
Brown then allegedly fought with Darien Lake security and was charged with harassment 2nd degree.
Brown was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released on an appearance ticket returnable to Darien Town Court on June 16, 2023 at 1:00p.m.

Jared E. Flaming, 36, of Darien, NY, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, criminal mischief 4th degree and harassment 2nd degree after an incident on Gabbey Road in Pembroke on May 27, 2023.
Flaming was walking west on Gabbey Road in Pembroke and allegedly destroyed a mailbox. He was also screaming profanities and threatening the caller in front of her children.
Flaming was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and is being held at the jail pending arraignment.

Brittany L. Bolton, 23, of Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly concealing $45.32 worth of merchandise in her purse, failing to scan all items at the self-checkout at a store on Veteran’s Memorial Drive on May 22, 2023.

Jaqulyn A. Dueppengiesser, 39, of Perry, NY, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing property from Walmart on Veteran’s Memorial Drive.
Dueppengiesser is scheduled to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on June 16, 2023 at 9:00AM
