The Cowlesville Fire Company was host to this year’s Wyoming County Volunteer Fireman’s Association Convention on Thursday evening. The last time the convention was held in Cowlesville was 45 years ago.
The Cowlesville Fire Company was founded in 1930 and serves the town of Bennington NY. The Department covers an area of 13 square miles and about 1,500 residents. The department responds to about 80-120 calls per year, most of which are EMS calls.
Celebration Field Day will be held on June 17, 2023, at the Picnic grounds behind the fire station, 361 Clinton Street, Cowlesville, NY, starting at 3:00p.m.
There will be food, drink, games, and entertainment and a Firefighter’s parade starting at 7pm.
