James Z. Gray, 32, of Park Rd., Batavia, NY, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, after an investigation into a report of 2-year-old male that had ingested marijuana on June 22, 2023 on Park Road.
Deputies say Gray allegedly possessed chocolate that contained marijuana and it was in reach of a minor. After the 2-year-old allegedly ingested the chocolate, he was found unconscious multiple hours later.
Gray was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on July 11, 2023 at 3:00p.m.

Zoro S. Reisman, 19, of Roosevelt Ave., Batavia, NY, is charged with robbery 3rd degree, grand larceny 4th degree/credit card, grand larceny 4th degree/property from a person, three counts of criminal possession of stolen property 4th degree and petit larceny, after Reisman allegedly forcibly took the victim’s wallet from her hands and ran on Park Road on June 17, 2023 at 10:45p.m.
Reisman was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and is being held pending a CAP Court arraignment.

Lee A. Baxter, 39, of W. Main St., Batavia, NY, is charged with grand larceny 4th degree after allegedly stealing an electric bicycle from a residence in the Town of Batavia on June 12, 2023 at 6:02p.m.
Baxter was transported to the Genesee County Jail and was issued an appearance ticket. Baxter will appear in Batavia Town Court on July 4, 2023 at 3:00p.m.

Joshua A. Grosskopf, 32, of Beaver St., Albion, NY, is charged with assault 2nd degree, after allegedly assaulting another person on Bloomingdale Road in Alabama on June 20, 2023 at 12:50p.m.
Grosskopf was arraigned in Genesee County CAP Court and was held without bail.
He will return to Alabama Town Court on July 20, 2023 at 6:00p.m.

Joseph T. Martino, 31, of W. Main St., Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal mischief 4th degree, after allegedly damaging a 32-inch TV, rendering it useless.
Martino was released with an appearance ticket and is to appear in Batavia City Court on June 27, 2023 at 1:00p.m.

Drew E. Lord, 27, of County Rt. 33, Campbell, NY, is charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, failure to obey a traffic control device, unsafe passing and speed exceeding 55mph on June 17, 2023.
Lord was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while allegedly impaired by drugs.
Lord was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was released with appearance tickets.

Matthew E. Price, 18, of Longs Lane, Corfu, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of. 08% or more, failure to dim lights and drinking alcohol or using cannabis in a motor vehicle on a highway after a traffic stop on Stroh Road in Alexander on May 6, 2023, at 1:33a.m.
Price was allegedly driving while intoxicated by alcohol.
He was transported to UMMC for a voluntary blood draw. Price was released and later issued uniform traffic tickets. He will appear in the Town of Alexander Court on July 11, 2023 at 5:00p.m.

Rudolph M. Desa Jr., 43 of Clubbmoss Ave., Orleans, Ontario, Canada, is charged with DWI, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and unregistered motor vehicle on June 16, 2023 at 11:55p.m.
Desa was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was then released on appearance tickets. He will appear in Darien Town Court on July 24, 2023 at 4:00p.m.
