Dontaya N. Kyles, 31, of Jessamine St., Macon, GA, is charged with bail jumping 2nd degree after failing to appear in Batavia Town Court after being released on a felony grand larceny 3rd charge and failing to appear at her re-appearance date on November 22, 2022.
Kyles was extradited back to Genesee County, arraigned in CAP Court on June 20, 2023, and held on $10,000 bail.

Amber L. Westenberger, 32, of Loomis Rd., Farmington, NY, was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant issued by Batavia City Court for bail jumping 2nd degree on June 27, 2023.
Westenberger was then turned over to the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office and then transported to the Genesee County Jail to await an arraignment in CAP Court.

Breanna E. Brummond, 32, of Lime Kiln Rd., Lyons, NY, is charged with bail jumping 2nd degree after failing to appear in Batavia City Court after being released on a felony matter on June 13, 2023.
Brummond was arraigned on June 27, 2023 in CAP Court.

William A. Lewis, 37, of Riley St., Buffalo, NY, is charged with bail jumping after failing to appear in Batavia Town Court after being released on a criminal charge on March 9, 2023.
Lewis was held pending arraignment in CAP Court on June 28, 2023.

Pablo Viera, 44, homeless, is charged with criminal mischief 4th degree and criminal possession of a weapon 4th degree with intent to use, after allegedly striking the side of a passenger door of a Kenworth semi-truck with a wooden tire knocker multiple times, putting a dent in the side of the door on June 26, 2023 on Alleghany Road in Pembroke.
Viera was transported to the Genesee County Jail and was released on appearance tickets. Viera is scheduled to appear in Pembroke Town Court on July 12, 2023 at 1:00p.m.

Cain A. Catino, 51, of S. Swan St., Batavia, NY, is charged with grand larceny 4th degree after allegedly stealing a wallet while at 8315 Park Road in the Town of Batavia on June 25, 2023 at 3:30p.m.
Caito was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on an appearance ticket.
Caito is scheduled to appear in Batavia Town Court on July 11, 2023, at 1:00p.m.

Joseph G. Eyer, 75, of Cowen Rd., Piffard, NY, is charged with grand larceny 4th degree following an investigation on June 23, 2023.
Eyer allegedly stole a purse that contained a cell phone, and multiple credit cards at 4300 Veteran’s Memorial Drive in Batavia.
Eyer was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on July 11, 2023, at 3:00p.m.

Nekia D. Newton, 47, of Rochester, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd degree and insufficient turn signal/signal less than 100 feet, after a traffic stop on West Main Street in Batavia on June 28, 2023, at 11:49p.m.
During the stop, Newton admitted to patrols that he possessed a controlled substance.
Newton was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released on an appearance ticket returnable to City Court on July 20, 2023, at 1:30p.m.
