Mark L. Frongetta, 53, of Park Rd., Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a weapon 3rd degree and menacing 2nd degree, after threatening another person with a weapon, making them fear for their life.
The incident occurred on July 1, 2023 at 8 :44p.m. on Park Road in Batavia.
Frongetta was transported to the Genesee County Jail and held pending CAP Court arraignment.

Maurice R. McCoy, 70, of North St., Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI, and driving with a BAC of .08% or more, following a traffic offense at Walmart, 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive, Batavia, NY, at 9:23p.m. July 2, 2023, after previously being arrested earlier in the day for DWI in the town of Batavia.
McCoy was issued uniform traffic tickets and released.
McCoy will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on August 17, 2023, at 1:00p.m.

Andrew S. Hartman, 40, of Rt. 78 Java Center, NY, is charged with inadequate headlamps, DWI, and driving with a BAC of .08% or more, following a traffic stop on July 2, 2023, on Clinton St. Rd., in Stafford at 12:13a.m.
Hartman will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on July 20, 2023 at 6:00p.m.

Francis J. Fuest, 44, of S. Main St., Batavia, NY, is charged with aggravated DWI/driving with a BAC of .18%/no priors, DWI, and speeding in a 55mph zone on Clinton St. Rd. in Batavia on May 25, 2023, following a traffic stop.
Fuest was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol while operating a motor vehicle.
Fuest was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was released on appearance tickets.
Fuest will appear in Batavia Town Court on July 11, 2023 at 1:00p.m. to answer the charges.
