Jarrod K. Fotiathis, 28, of W. Main St., Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal mischief 4th degree and escape 2nd degree, after he allegedly escaped from the custody of a Corrections Officer and a secured area of the Genesee County Jail at 14 West Main Street and then allegedly broke property within the jail to facilitate the escape.
The incident occurred on July 15, 2023, at 1:30PM. Fotiathis was convicted of on a class E felony.
Fotiathis was issued appearance tickets and will appear for arraignment in City Court on July 18, 2023 at 1:00p.m.

Thomas J. Czworka, 35, of Bethany Center Rd., Bethany, NY, is charged with failing to register an address change/internet account within 10 days as a registered sex offender.
Czworka allegedly failed to register several email accounts with New York State within the allotted time.
He was released on an appearance ticket, and is scheduled to appear in Bethany Town Court for arraignment on August 2, 2023 at 5:00p.m.

Austin M. Malek, 21, of North St., LeRoy, NY, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd degree/alcohol or drug, resisting arrest, DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, unlicensed operator, obstructing governmental administration 2nd degree and a speed violation/exceeding 55mph, after a traffic stop at 7990 E. Main Road in LeRoy on July 13, 2023.
Malek was issued uniform traffic tickets on all charges and released. He will appear in the Town of LeRoy Court on August 1, 2023 at 1:00p.m.

Phillip A. Ruffin, 50, of Main St., Niagara Falls, NY, is charged with felony DWI/previous conviction within 10 years, and parking on a highway, following a traffic stop on Redfield Parkway in the City of Batavia on July 15, 2023 at 1:57a.m.
Ruffin was stopped for allegedly being parked in the middle of the roadway with his caution lights activated.
Ruffin was held at the Genesee County Jail and was arraigned in CAP Court on July 15, 2023 at 9:00a.m.

Sara M. Conrow, 34, of Rochester, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and unregistered vehicle, following an investigation at the Speedway Truck Stop at 8465 Rt. 77 in Pembroke on July 13, 2023 at 2:35a.m.
Conrow was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on July 26, 2023.

Maurice R. McCoy, 70, of North St., Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more on July 2, 2023 on Veteran’s Memorial Drive at 6:13p.m.
McCoy will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on August 17, 2023 at 1:00p.m.

Cory L. White, 50, no address provided, of Alexander, NY, is charged with DWAI/alcohol, after it was alleged that on May 12, 2023, at 10:28p.m., he was operating a motor vehicle while his ability was impaired by alcohol on Indian Falls Road in Pembroke.
White will appear in Pembroke Town Court on August 21, 2023 at 3:00p.m.

Mason A. Hogle, 19, of Lockport Rd., Oakfield, NY, is charged with petit larceny, after allegedly shoplifting from Walmart, 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive, on July 8, 2023 at 1:00p.m.
Hogle was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Batavia Court on August 8, 2023 at 3:00p.m.

Derek J. Machala, 28, of W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, NY, is charged with trespass after allegedly remaining unlawfully upon the premises on W. Main St. Rd. on July 16, 2023 at 8:39p.m.
Machala was held at the Genesee County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court.
