James R. Tillery, 50, of Farwell Dr., Batavia, NY, is charged with assault 2nd degree, a class D felony, after allegedly causing physical injury to an EMT while being transported by ambulance to a hospital for medical treatment.
The incident occurred while the ambulance was traveling on Rt. 63 in Bethany on July 29, 2023, at 2:30AM.
Tillery was held at the Genesee County Jail pending arraignment on July 31, 2023.

Kasondra L. Hubbard, 38, of Gilbert St., LeRoy, NY, is charged with aggravated DWI/child in the vehicle, DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and endangering the welfare of a child after allegedly operating a motor vehicle on a public highway with a BAC allegedly above the legal limit with children under the age of 15 in the vehicle.
Hubbard was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was released on appearance tickets. She is scheduled to appear in LeRoy Town Court on August 8, 2023 at 1:00p.m.

Thomas A. Salerno, 56, of Hall Rd., Lancaster, NY, is charged with DWI and an equipment violation/no sufficient tail lamp, after a traffic stop on Broadway Road in Darien on July 29, 2023 at 9:39p.m.
Deputies says Salerno was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol. He was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with uniform traffic tickets.
He will appear in Darien Town Court on August 15, 2023 at 4:00p.m.

Brian M. Raphael, 35, of Fisher Park, Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny after a larceny complaint at Tractor Supply, located at 4972 East Main Street Road in the Town of Batavia on July 30, 2023 at 6:25p.m.
Raphael allegedly concealed merchandise from the store and attempted to leave with the merchandise he did not pay for.
Raphael will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on August 22, 2023 at 1:00p.m.

Daniel J. Torok Jr., 36, of Liberty Ave., Rochester, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, after being arrested at 14 West Main Street, the Genesee County Jail, on July 23, 2023 at 2:37a.m.
Torok Jr. was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City of Batavia Court on August 8, 2023 at 1:00p.m.

Laurin A. Moro, 21, of Kalar Rd., Niagara Falls, Canada, is charged with trespass after a trespass complaint at Darien Lake, 9993 Alleghany Road on July 15, 2023 at 8:32p.m.
Moro was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Darien Court on August 1, 2023 at 4:00p.m.
