On September 18, 2023, members of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a shots fired at 2074 Orchard Dr. in the Town of Kendall.
An investigation of the incident concluded that Kevin C. Mcewen, 41, allegedly displayed a firearm and discharged two rounds at the time other individuals arrived to retrieve their property.

Mcewen is charged with criminal possession of a weapon 2nd degree, criminal use of a weapon 2nd degree, both class C felonies, and menacing 2nd degree a class A misdemeanor.
Mcewen was arraigned at the Orleans County Jail Central Arraignment Part (CAP Court) and is being held on $2,500 cash $10,000 bond. He is to appear in Kendall Town Court on October 16th, 2023.
