On October 4, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Cody W. Speta, 30, of Pike, NY, charging him with criminal mischief 4th degree.
Troopers responded to a disturbance on Water Street in the village of Pike. Further investigation revealed that Speta had allegedly caused damage to the victim’s video camera and wiring.
Speta was arrested and released with an appearance ticket for the town of Pike court, where he is due to appear at a later date.
