Jeremey G. English, 21, of Brockport, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, failure to keep right/two lane road, and operating a motor vehicle with obstructed vision, after a motor vehicle accident on Rt. 33 in Pembroke on October 29, 2023 at 12:07a.m.
English was allegedly operating his vehicle eastbound on Rt. 33 and struck a westbound vehicle. He was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing. He was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on November 15, 2023 at 1:00p.m.

Casey T. Vaughn, 34, of Prestige Crossing, Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree, after allegedly violating a stay away order of protection by allowing the protected party to enter his residence on October 26, 2023 at 8:21p.m.
Vaughn was transported to the Genesee County Jail and was held pending a CAP Court arraignment.

Maranda I. Button, 30, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and insufficient signal, after being stopped by road patrol deputies for a vehicle infraction on Rt. 63 and Park Road in the Town of Batavia on October 28, 2023 at 12:21a.m.
After an investigation, its alleged that Button was in possession of drug paraphernalia. She was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released on an appearance ticket.
