Samuel R. Baudanza, 26, of Buffalo St., Bergen, NY, is charged with assault 3rd degree and criminal mischief 4th degree, after a complaint of a male being disorderly at Ralph and Rosie’s Restaurant at 19 N. Lake Avenue in the Village of Bergen on November 25, 2023.
Following an investigation, Baudanza was arrested after allegedly getting into a physical altercation with two people and allegedly breaking merchandise in front of the restaurant.
He was held for CAP Court on November 26, 2023 at 9:00a.m.

Dustin A. Huffer, 40, of Silver Springs, NY, is charged with felony DWI, previous conviction within 10 years, and felony driving with a BAC of .08% or more/previous conviction within 10 years, aggravated unlicensed operation, reckless driving and speeding/exceeding 55mph, after a traffic stop on Main Road in Pembroke on November 19, 2023 at 2:48a.m.
Huffer was allegedly driving westbound on Rt. 5 at high rate of speed and was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol while operating a motor vehicle.
He was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing, and then issued tickets. Huffer will appear in Pembroke Town Court on January 10, 2024.

Justin J. Jaszko, 44, of Kelsey Rd., Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate, after a traffic stop for a vehicle and traffic violation in the parking lot of Tops Supermarket at 390 West Main Street in Batavia on November 26, 2023 at 1:32a.m.
Jaszko was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol and deputies say it was unsafe for him to be operating a motor vehicle.
Jaszko was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing. He was released with uniform traffic tickets and will appear in Batavia City Court on December 13, 2023 at 9:00a.m.

Maranda L. Button, 30, no address provided, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and insufficient signal after being stopped by road patrol deputies on Rt. 63 in Batavia on October 28, 2023 at 12:21a.m.
Deputies says Button was allegedly in possession of drug paraphernalia.
Button was processed at the Genesee County jail and released on an appearance ticket.
Button will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on November 14, 2023 at 3:00p.m.

Anthony R. Morrow, 40, of Niagara Street, Lockport, NY, is charged with petit larceny, after allegedly stealing a crossbow from Dick’s Sporting Goods, 4180 Veteran’s Memorial Drive, on November 24, 2023 at 8:02p.m.
Morrow was later located on Rt. 5 in the Town of Pembroke and taken into custody.
He was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on appearance tickets. Morrow will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on December 19, 2023 at 3:00p.m.
