Ryan W. Bufano, 39, and Jenna M. Psomiadis, 35, both of Rochester, NY, are each charged with criminal possession of stolen property 3rd degree/greater than $3,000 and unauthorized use of a vehicle 3rd degree/without the owner’s consent, after allegedly being found to be in possession of a stolen 2009 Chevrolet Impala in Bergen on December 14, 2023.
Bufano was additionally charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, after multiple bags of cocaine were allegedly found during a search.
Both Bufano and Psomiadis were arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and held pending CAP Court arraignment.

William J. Vega-Rodriguez, no age provided, of Batavia, NY, is charged with offering a false instrument for filing 1st degree, after allegedly submitting a form to the Genesee County Clerk’s Office in which he knew to be not true and that such form would be recorded into the record for official purposes.
The incident occurred on August 24, 2023.
Vega-Rodriguez was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the City of Batavia Court on January 9, 2024 at 1:00p.m.

Matthew R. Bankes, 36, of Rochester, NY, is charged with DWI and speeding in a 55mph zone, after a traffic stop on Clinton Street Road in Bergen on December 10, 2023 at 2:52a.m.
Banks will appear in Bergen Town Court on January 24, 2024 at 5:00p.m.
