Lewandowski, 45, of Corfu, NY, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle first degree, aggravated unlicensed operation second degree, DWI, operator leaving the scene of a property damage accident, unlicensed operator, speed not reasonable and prudent failure to keep right, moving from a lane unsafely and no seat belt, after allegedly crashing his vehicle on Sharrick Road in Darien, NY on December 20, 2023 at 6:56p.m.
Lewandowski was allegedly in an intoxicated condition and attempted to flee the scene of the accident.
He was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and held at the jail for arraignment in CAP Court on December 21, 2023 at 9:00a.m.

Hamm-Johnson, 33, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, harassment 2nd degree and endangering the welfare of a child, after allegedly striking and hitting another person in the presence of a juvenile during a domestic incident in Batavia on December 24, 2023 at 12:00a.m.
Hamm-Johnson was taken into custody and held at the Genesee County Jail pending a CAP Court arraignment on December 24, 2023 at 9:00a.m.

Andrews, 24, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, criminal possession of a weapon 4th degree, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd degree and a muffler violation, after an investigation during a traffic stop on Oak Street on December 23, 2023 at 1:58a.m.
Andrews allegedly possessed a narcotic and brass knuckles.
He was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Batavia City Court on January 16, 2024 at 1:00p.m.

Jacob J. Russell, 27, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and criminal possession of a weapon 3rd degree/previous conviction, during a traffic stop on Oak Street on December 23, 2023 at 1:58a.m., where Russell was an occupant in the vehicle.
Russell allegedly possessed a narcotic and brass knuckle and was held at the Genesee County Jail pending a CAP Court arraignment on December 23, 2023 at 9:00a.m.

Konwicki, 40, no address provided, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, operating a motor vehicle without a license, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd degree, use of a vehicle without an interlock device and no muffler after a traffic stop at 8212 Park Road in Batavia for a loud exhaust violation on December 17, 2023 at 2:30a.m.
Konwicki will appear in Batavia Town Court on January 9, 2024 at 3:00p.m.
