Ashley M. Drexinger, 31, and Emilia C. M. Santiago, 29, of Buffalo, NY, are each charged with grand larceny 3rd degree, a class D felony, and conspiracy 5th degree, a class A misdemeanor, after allegedly stealing merchandise from Ulta Beauty on Veteran’s Memorial Drive in the Town of Batavia on November 16, 2023.
Drexinger and Santiago were arrested on December 14, 2023, and were transported to the Genesee County Jail and held pending a CAP Court arraignment.

Michael R. Hawkins, 27, of Attica, NY, is charged with felony DWI/previous conviction within 10 years, DWAI by drugs/prior conviction within 10 years, a felony, criminal possession of a controlled substance, failed to use/improper use four-way flashers and stop/stand/park on a highway violation, after he was allegedly found asleep at the wheel of his vehicle while the vehicle was running on the shoulder of the road on Rt. 98 in the Town of Alexander on December 27, 2023 at 12:22a.m..
During a search of the vehicle, deputies say they located a quantity of alleged cocaine.
Hawkins was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing. He was held pending a CAP Court arraignment at 9:00a.m. on December 27, 2023.

Lyndsay T. Young, 40, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 1st degree, after allegedly violating an order of protection issued out of the Town of Batavia Court.
The incident occurred on December 4, 2023 on East Main Street in Batavia. Young has previously been convicted of criminal contempt 2nd degree within the past five years.
Young was arraigned in CAP Court on December 26, 2023 at 7:00p.m.
