Alan J. Warren, 31, of Fillmore, NY, is charged with reckless endangerment 1st degree, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 1st degree, felony DWI/previous conviction within 10 years, felony driving with a BAC of .08% or more/previous conviction within 10 years, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd degree, reckless driving, speeding and other vehicle and traffic violations, after a traffic stop in the Town of LeRoy on Rt. 490 east on December 30, 2023 at 1:11a.m.
Warren allegedly almost struck a deputy’s patrol vehicle after allegedly traveling at speeds of over 100 mph on Rt. 19.
Warren was held in CAP Court for arraignment later that morning.

John D. Bissell, 60, of Wyoming, NY, is charged with aggravated DWI Per SE, BAC of .18% or more, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08% or more, ATV violation/operating intoxicated/DWI/drugs, moving from a lane unsafely, an ATV insurance violation/uninsured/permitting uninsured operation, unlawful operation of an ATV on a highway, and failure to display ATV plates, following an ATV accident on Telephone Road in Pavilion on December 31, 2023 at 1:05a.m.
Bissell was issued tickets that are returnable to Pavilion Town court and will appear in court on January 23, 2024 at 3:00p.m.

Garrett A. Breister, 51, of Brockport, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08%, DWAI/drugs, moving from a lane unsafely and speed not reasonable and prudent, following an investigation into a motor vehicle accident on N. Lake Road in Bergen on October 31, 2023 at 10:39p.m.
Breister was arrested on December 29, 2023 and issued uniform traffic tickets. He was released and will appear in Bergen Town Court on January 24, 2024 at 5:00p.m.

Ronda M. Kern, 42, of Basom, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, speed not reasonable and prudent and moving from a lane unsafely, after a crash on S. Lake in Pembroke on December 29, 2023 at 7:15p.m.
Kern fled the scene and was found in the woods by patrols.
Kern was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on January 17, 2024 at 1:00p.m.

Angel M. Canales, 34, of Greece, NY, is charged with assault 3rd degree and harassment 2nd degree, after allegedly punching a patron in the head and knocking him out. He was also charged with harassment 2nd degree for a punching a second person in the face while at Batavia Downs, 8315 Park Road, on December 17, 2023 at 12:20a.m.
Canales will appear in Batavia Town Court on January 9, 2024 at 3:00p.m.
