Jessica R. Parker-Sharkey, 30, of Savanah, NY, is charged with criminal possession of stolen property 4th degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, after an investigation revealed Parker-Sharkey was allegedly in possession of a stolen car and allegedly possessed a controlled substance on April 14, 2023 at 1 West Main Street, the Genesee County Courts Facility.
Parker-Sharkey was arrested in Virginia Beach, Va., and extradited back to Genesee County and arraigned on January 31, 2024 in Batavia City Court. She was then turned over to Rochester Police who also had warrants for her arrest.

Richard W. Rumble Jr., 39, of Pembroke, NY, is charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree, operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed operator and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle, after an erratic driving complaint on Main Road in Pembroke on January 16, 2024, at 12:27a.m.
Dispatchers received a call that a vehicle was swerving into the oncoming lane of traffic. The caller followed the truck to the East Pembroke Crosby’s, where they remained on scene waiting for deputies to arrive.
Upon arrival, Rumble Jr. was located asleep at the wheel of his pickup truck. Rumble was asked to exit the vehicle and perform field sobriety tests.
Rumble Jr. was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on February 7, 2024 at 1:00p.m.

Joseph M. Petix, 66, of Rochester, NY, is charged with DWI, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, a stop sign violation, breath test refusal, and consumption of alcohol while driving, following a traffic stop on Clinton Street in Batavia on January 28, 2024, at 9:53a.m.
Petix allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign and was allegedly in possession of cocaine.
Petix was issued traffic citation for breath test refusal and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

Philip S. Mayberry, 52, of Syracuse, NY, and Shandell M. Lislow, 35, of Albion, NY, are each charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd degree, after an investigation into a prior incident at the Quality Inn and Suites at 8250 Park Road, Room 234, in the town of Batavia on January 22, 2024.
Mayberry and Lissow were allegedly in possession of a controlled substance and were allegedly using drug paraphernalia.
Both were released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on February 1, 2024 at 1:00p.m.

Michael C. Smith Jr., 31, of Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny, after allegedly stealing an electric scooter from inside the Batavia Walmart at 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive in the town of Batavia on January 24, 2024 at 5:30p.m.
Smith was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and issued an appearance ticket returnable to Batavia Town Court on February 13, 2024 at 9:00a.m.

Andrew W. Taylor, 36, of Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny, after allegedly shoplifting $39.97 worth of merchandise from Walmart, 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive, on February 2, 2024, at 1:07p.m.
Taylor was processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Batavia Court on February 13, 2024
