Erich D. Hildebrant, 45, of Batavia, NY, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child after a domestic incident on February 2, 2024, at an address in the Town of Batavia.
Deputies say that Hildebrant allegedly had a firearm in his hand and allegedly made comments and conducted actions that were detrimental to the moral welfare of three children.
Hildebrant will appear in the Town of Batavia Court to answer the charge on February 27, 2024, at 3:00p.m.

Richard J. Burdick, 46, of Byron, NY, and Lisa M. Fox, 52, of Albion, NY, are each charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, after a traffic stop at 100 Main Street in the City of Batavia on February 12, 2024 at 6:20p.m.
Burdick, the driver, was also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree, unlicensed operation and failure to keep right. Fox was additionally charged with facilitating aggravated operation 3rd degree. Deputies say Fox allegedly knew the driver of the vehicle was suspended.
The vehicle was towed from the scene of the traffic stop.
Both Burdick and Fox were transported to the Genesee County Jail for fingerprints and photos and released on appearance tickets. They will appear in Batavia City court on February 20, 2024 at 1:00p.m.

Rob A. Shuttleworth, 66, of Akron, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, aggravated unlicensed operator 2nd degree, operating a motor vehicle without an interlock device, and driving to the left of pavement markings, after a traffic stop on N. Lake Road in Pembroke on February 10, 2024 at 2:13a.m.
Shuttleworth was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on March 21, 2024 at 1:00p.m.

Luis A. Harloff, 41, of Elba, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, and operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, after Harloff’s vehicle was stopped in the parking lot at 64 S. Main Street in Elba.
After an investigation, it was determined that Harloff was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol. He was transported to the Genesee County Jail and released with uniform traffic tickets.
Harloff will appear in Elba Town Court on February 28, 2024, to answer the charges.

Stephanie M. Hockenberry, 36, of Batavia, NY, is charged with aggravated DWI/PER SE/BAC of .18% or more, DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd degree, suspended registration and operating without insurance, after a traffic stop for Vehicle and Traffic violations on Rt. 33 in Stafford on February 9, 2024 at 8:07p.m.
After an investigation, deputies say Hockenberry was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol.
Hockenberry was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and issued uniform traffic tickets and released. She will appear in Stafford Town Court on March 14, 2024 to answer the charges.

Jacob W. Patterson, 28, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd degree, after a check the welfare and a trespassing complaint at a local hotel on Park Road on February 6, 2024 at 11:30a.m.
Patterson was arrested for allegedly possessing drugs and drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and held for Genesee County CAP Court arraignment.

Christine M. Caplis, 43, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree after a traffic stop on E. Main Street in Corfu on April 18, 2022.
Caplis was located after a disturbance on Dellinger Avenue in the City of Batavia on February 13, 2024 at 3:17a.m.
Caplis will appear in Corfu Village Court on March 4, 2024 at 1:00p.m.

Janell M. Sauer, 48, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, following a traffic stop on N. Lake Road in the Town of Pembroke on February 10, 2024 at 2:13a.m.
Sauer was allegedly in possession of a controlled substance inside a vehicle that she was a passenger in.
Sauer was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on March 21, 2024 at 1:00p.m.

Amy S. Goodenow, 43, of Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly taking car keys and refusing to return them to the victim on January 20, 2024 at 12:22a.m.
Goodenow appeared in Batavia Town Court on February 13, 2024.

Jeanna M. Hattaway, 37, of Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing merchandise from Ulta beauty at 4192 Veteran’s Memorial Drive on February 11, 2024 at 3:00p.m.
Hattaway was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and issued an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia Town Court on March 13, 2024 at 3;00p.m.
