On March 6, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation’s Division of Law Enforcement executed two search warrants related to the alleged illegal take of deer and other violations in Genesee and Wyoming counties.
Environmental Conservation Police Officers executed search warrants simultaneously on Nesbitt Road in the town of Attica, and on Glenwood Drive in the village of Attica. Any items taken from either location are related to the investigation. The investigation is ongoing, and charges are pending.
