George S. Luce, 54, of Holley, NY was arrested and charged with strangulation 2nd degree and assault 3rd degree after an incident on Park Road in Batavia, NY, on March 6, 2024 at 10:42p.m.
Luce allegedly choked and punched a female.
Luce was processed at the Genesee County Jail and held for CAP Court at 9:00a.m. on March 7, 2024.

Starazha M. Hilliard, 25, of Rochester, NY, and Latanetta Williams, 28, of Webster, NY, are each charged with petit larceny and possession of burglar tools, after allegedly stealing merchandise from 4180 Veteran’s Memorial Drive, Dick’s Sporting Goods, on March 1, 2024 at 3:14p.m.
The pair are accused of being in possession of a magnetic sensor removal tool.
Hilliard was also charged with falsifying business records 1st degree and false personation after providing false information to deputies and Corrections Officers when identifying herself after she was arrested.
Hilliard and Williams were issued appearance tickets to appear on Batavia Town Court on March 12, 2024.

Arnold B. Colopy, 66, of Alabama, NY, is charged with two counts of overdriving, torturing and injuring animals/failure to provide proper sustenance, after an animal cruelty investigation on Knowlesville Road in Alabama on March 7, 2024 at 4:11p.m.
Colopy was allegedly keeping his two dogs in deplorable conditions. The dogs were found without any food or water.
Colopy was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and will appear in Alabama Town Court on March 19, 2024 at 6:00p.m.

Felipe Chavez Jr., 39, of Medina, NY, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08% or more/previous conviction within 10 years, and DWI on Park Road on March 8, 2024 at 9:22p.m.
Chavez Jr. was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on April 4, 2024 at 1:00p.m.

Michael A. Hahn, 44, of Alabama, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree, unlicensed operator, unregistered motor vehicle and uninspected motor vehicle, after a traffic stop for an uninspected and unregistered motor vehicle on Buffalo Road in Bergen on March 4, 2024 at 3:43a.m.
Hahn will appear in Bergen Town Court on March 13, 2024 at 5:00p.m. to answer the charges.

Tabatha A. Torcello, 58, of Alexander, NY, is charged with DWAI/drugs and moving from a lane unsafely, after a reported car in the ditch on Rt. 98 in Alexander on November 30, 2023 at 7:17a.m.
Torcello was allegedly driving while she was allegedly impaired by drugs.
She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Alexander Court on April 9, 2024 at 5:00p.m.

Joseph T. Jablonski, 59, of Batavia, NY, is charged with DWAI/drugs, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree, unregistered motor vehicle, and operating a vehicle with improper plates on Clinton Street in Batavia on March 7, 2024 at 3:29a.m.
Jablonski was issued traffic tickets and will appear in City Court on March 27, 2024 at 9:00a.m.

Matthew J. Callaghan, 33, of Rochester, NY, is charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, and side windows not transparent, after a traffic stop for non-transparent side windows in the village of LeRoy on March 2, 2024, at 12:24a.m.
Callaghan will appear in LeRoy Town Court on April 2, 2024 at 4:00p.m to answer the charges.
