Shakayla M. Williams, 29, and Khadija A. Wilson, 27, both of Buffalo, NY, are each charged with petit larceny and conspiracy 6th degree after being arrested for allegedly shoplifting at Ulta Beauty, 4129 Veteran’s Memorial Drive on February 27, 2024.
Both Williams and Wilson were taken into custody and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing. Both were issued appearance tickets to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 12, 2024 at 3:00p.m.

John C. Ireland, 39, of Darien, NY, is charged with criminal mischief 3rd degree/damaging another’s property/amount $250, after a domestic incident on March 12, 2024 at 11:18a.m.
When patrols arrived on scene, Ireland had allegedly broken multiple items costing more than $250.
Ireland was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing. He was arraigned in CAP Court.

Jacqueline R. Garrett, 44, of Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny following an investigation on March 8, 2024 at Walmart, 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive.
Garrett allegedly stole merchandise from Walmart.
She was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 12, 2024 at 3:00p.m.

Torres E. Nazario, 47, of Bergen, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, moving from a lane unsafely, and signal less than 100 feet, following a traffic stop on Rt. 19 in the Village of Bergen on March 9, 2024 at 9:57p.m.
Torress was issued uniform traffic tickets and released. He will appear in the Town of Bergen Court on March 27, 2024 at 5:00p.m.
