Anthony M. Gabri, 28, of Rochester, NY, is charged with criminal impersonation of a public servant and front windshield nontransparent, after a traffic stop for a vehicle and traffic violation on W. Main Road in LeRoy on March 18, 2024 at 11:30a.m.
During the traffic stop, it was discovered that Gabri was allegedly wearing the badge of a Village of East Rochester Constable and an outer carrier tactical vest commonly used to carry body armor, while heading to Batavia to serve paperwork for his privately owned business and not under the direction of the Town/Village of East Rochester.
Gabri was issued a unified traffic ticket and an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of LeRoy Court on April 9, 2024 at 1:00p.m.

Vincenne E. Mendrysa, 66, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree, and falsely reporting an incident to law enforcement 3rd degree in Batavia on March 14, 2024.
Mendrysa allegedly called and reported an incident that did not occur. Mendrysa also allegedly violated an order of protection that was in place at the time of arrest.
Mendrysa was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and held at the Jail for her CAP Court appearance for arraignment.

Dustin J. Brown, 22, of Ontario, Canada, is charged with aggravated DWI Per Se, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, DWI, drinking alcohol or using cannabis in a motor vehicle on a highway and unregistered motor vehicle, following traffic complaints in the town of Byron on Byron Holley Road on March 14, 2024 at 5:50p.m.
Brown was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol and was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and issued traffic tickets.
Brown is scheduled to appear in Byron Town Court on April 15, 2024 at 4:30p.m.

Mark W. McWethy, 56, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and failure to keep right after an investigation during a traffic stop on Main Street in Batavia on March 18, 2024 at 9:47p.m.
McWethy was allegedly in possession of cocaine during the traffic stop. He was transported to the Genesee County Jail for fingerprinting and photographs and released on appearance tickets.
McWethy will appear in Batavia City Court on March 28, 2024 at 1:00p.m.

Michael A. Sweet, 38, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate, after being stopped for a traffic violation on Oak Street in the City of Batavia on March 19, 2024 at 1:09a.m.
Sweet was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing. He was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on April 2, 2024.

Thomas J. Mitchell, 34, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd degree, operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate, after a traffic stop on Rt. 33 in Bergen for traffic violations.
Mitchell was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on an appearance ticket. He will appear in the Town of Bergen Court on April 10, 2024 at 5:00p.m.
