Joseph J. Kuzma, 44, of Byron, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd degree, speed violation/exceed 55mph, operation of a vehicle by an unlicensed driver and operating without an inspection certificate, after a traffic stop on Buffalo Road in Bergen on April 9, 2024 at 7:51p.m.
Kuzma was allegedly in possession of fentanyl following the traffic stop.
Kuzma was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Bergen Town Court on May 8, 2024 at 5:00p.m.

Jon H. Bush Sr., 64, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal trespass 3rd degree/railroad, operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, controlled substance not in original container and unsafe turn/failure to signal, following a traffic stop on Beaver Meadow Road in Byron on February 25, 2024 at 4:05p.m.
Bush Sr. was issued an appearance ticket for all charges and released. He will appear in Byron Twon Court on May 6, 2024 at 4:00p.m.

Jessica J. Warning, 27, of Boston, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, drinking alcohol or using cannabis in a motor vehicle on a highway, moving from a lane unsafely and traffic device violation/passed a red light, after being stopped for traffic violations on Main Street in Batavia on April 14, 2024 at 1:30a.m.
Warning was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol. She was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was released with uniform traffic tickets.
Warning will appear in Batavia City Court om May 1, 2024 to answer the charges.
