1. Application by Peter Yasses for a storage facility (pole barn) to be constructed at 8887 Alexander Rd. for the storage of millings, salt and equipment. Special Use Permit, SEQR and Site Plan Review needed. Set Public Hearing (5/21/24) and seek lead agency for SEQR.
2. Eastcoast Speedway (former polar wave) on Harloff Road. Application for Special Use Permit and SEQR Review. Set Public Hearing for May7, 2024 and seek lead agency for SEQR.
3. Wortendyke Rd. Solar Project. Application from Judy Green for Special Use Permit and construction and operation of a 5.0 Mw (AC) ground mounted utility grade solar energy system at 9327 Wortendyke Road. Need SEQR Review, site plan and SUP. Set Public Hearing for May 21, 2024.
4. Update on CH4 Biogas project at the Ag Park by Matt Fitzgerald. Set Public Hearing on project for May 7, 2024.
