Amirose E. Hume, 35, of LeRoy, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and moving from a lane unsafely after an investigation into a single vehicle accident on Roanoke Road in Pavilion on April 18, 2024 at 1:12a.m.
Hume was transported to the Genesee County jail for processing and will appear in the Town of Pavilion Court on May 16, 2024 at 3:00p.m. to answer the charges.

Daniel J. Wright, 61, of Rochester, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, a speed violation/exceeding 55mph, and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate, after being stopped for traffic violations on Lake Street Road in LeRoy on April 21, 2024 at 1:38a.m.
Deputies say Wright was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol.
Wright was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with uniform traffic tickets. He will appear in the Town of LeRoy Court on May 7, 2024 at 4:00p.m.

Krista M. Penkszyk, 38, of Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny and harassment 2nd degree/physical contact, after deputies responded to a residence in Batavia for a domestic incident.
Penkszyk allegedly was involved in a physical altercation and allegedly stole property that was not hers.
Penkszyk was held for CAP Court and was arraigned in front of Judge Rogers on April 17, 2024 at 9:00a.m.

Michael P. Pullinzi, 64, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree after allegedly violating a duly served order of protection out of Genesee County Family Court on April 20, 2024 at 6:30p.m.
Pullinzi was arraigned in Genesee County CAP Court on April 20, 2024 at 9:00p.m.
