The Alexander Volunteer Fire Department held their Annual Installation and Award banquet on Saturday evening at their newly renovated Recreational Hall on Rt. 98. The $50,000 renovation included installation of brand-new flooring, painted ceiling, and walls.
The Department named Matt Pietrzykowski as Firefighter of the Year, presented by President Sean McPhee and Matthew Grimes
