On 5/11/2024, Nathan W. Campbell, 43, of Batavia, NY was arrested and charged with Burglary 3rd degree and Petit Larceny. Campbell was arrested after allegedly stealing merchandise from Tops. He was previously trespassed from the store after a prior larceny complaint. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

On 5/11/2024, Valeria A. Antonetty, 43, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI. Antonetty was arrested after being involved in a motor vehicle accident at the drive-thru at McDonald’s on East Main St. It’s alleged that she was intoxicated at the time of the accident. She was issued several traffic tickets and is due in Batavia City Court on 5/21/2024.

On 5/11/2024, Paul W. Schwandt, 56, of Alexander, NY was arrested and charged with DWI. Schwandt was allegedly involved in an altercation in the parking lot of McDonald’s on East Main St. It’s alleged that Schwandt was driving while intoxicated. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

On 5/15/2024, Michael C. Mirabal, 51, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on a Bench Warrant. Mirabal was initially arrested for Driving while Ability Impaired by Drugs on 12/8/2023. The warrant was issued after he failed to appear in court. Mirabal was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released. He is due back in court on 5/23/2024.

On 5/14/2024, Alicia M. Lyons, 44, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on seven warrants. All of the warrants were issued after Lyons failed to appear in court on seven separate cases where she was charged with Trespass, at Kwik Fill on Jackson St. She was additionally charged with Resisting Arrest, after she fought with Officers who were attempting to take her into custody on the warrants. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail. She is due back in court at a later date.

On 5/12/2024, Alice E. Torres, 59, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Harassment 2nd degree. Torres allegedly struck another person during an altercation on Woodrow Rd. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 5/28/2024.

On 5/14/2024, Jennifer L. Allegue, 52, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on an arrest warrant. Allegue was initially charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd degree after a traffic stop on 1/25/2024. The warrant was issued after she failed to appear in court. Allegue was arraigned in CAP Court and released. She is due in Batavia City Court at a later date.

On 5/7/2024, Garret J. Walker, 21, of West Seneca, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI. Walker was arrested after a traffic stop on West Main St, where it was found that he was allegedly operating a vehicle, while intoxicated. He was issued several traffic tickets and is due in Batavia City Court on 5/22/2024.

On 5/9/2024, Ronald W. Ball, 58, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass 2nd degree and Harassment 2nd degree. Ball allegedly illegally entered another person’s residence where he struck them and shoved them. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released. He is due back in court on 5/30/2024.
