On May 17th, 2024, at approximately 06:15a.m., A deputy from the Wyoming County Sheriff’s
Office initiated a traffic stop on East Buffalo Street in the Village of Warsaw.
The operator of the vehicle was identified as Sheldon O. Edwards. 48, of Bronxville, NY.
Edwards was allegedly operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration due to an insurance lapse. Edwards was subsequently arrested for operating motor vehicle with registration suspended, he was processed roadside and issued an appearance ticket.
Edwards is scheduled to appear in the Village of Warsaw Court at a later date.

Ryan Souder, 32, of Holland, NY, was arrested after an investigation into a violation of a Family Court Order of Protection.
Souder allegedly contacted the protected party and was charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd degree after he voluntarily responded to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office.
Souder was arraigned and committed to the Wyoming County Jail. He is to return to Castile Court on 05/20/2024.

Jeffrey Herrmann, 52, of Attica, NY, was arrested on an active warrant issued by Wyoming County Family Court.
Herrmann was arraigned in Wyoming County Family Court and released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Wyoming County Family Court 05/22/2024.
