Conway, 47, of Pembroke, NY, is charged with operating a vehicle impaired by drugs, criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd degree, aggravated unlicensed operator and unlicensed operator of a motor vehicle, following an investigation on W. Main Street Road in Batavia on May 17, 2024 at 10:27a.m.
Conway was held pending a CAP Court appearance.

Christopher W. Fowler, 35, of Pratt Rd., Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI after allegedly operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol in the Village of Oakfield on S. Pearl St. on May 15, 2024.
Folwer was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Oakfield Town Curt on May 20, 2024 at 5:00p.m.

Nathan W. Campbell, 43, of Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny following a complaint on Veteran’s Memorial Drive in the Town of Batavia on May 13, 2024 at 12:56p.m.
Campbell allegedly stole merchandise from Walmart.
He was released on an appearance ticket returnable tot the Town of Batavia Court on May 30, 2024 at 1:00p.m.

Michael J. Torres, 40, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree while being picked up on a bench warrant out of Genesee County Court. He was located while deputies were looking for another warrant subject on Columbia Avenue in Batavia, NY on May 14, 2024.
Torres was arraigned in City Court on May 15, 2024 and will return to Genesee County Court on May 30, 2024.
