WYOMING COUNTY/Perry Police Report/June 4, 2024

On May 30, 2024, Officer David Spink of the Perry Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the Villge of Perry.

Upon stopping the vehicle, it was suspected that that the vehicle operator. Jason Hart, 50, of Buffalo, NY, was allegedly operating the motor vehicle intoxicated. Hart refused field sobriety testing and was ultimately arrested for driving while intoxicated.

Officer David Spink performed a breath test at the Perry Police Department which determined Hart to have .09% blood alcohol content. Hart is charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08% or higher.

Hart was released to a sober third party and issued an appearance ticket for Perry Village Court on June 11, 2024, to answer the charges.
