GENESEE COUNTY/Alexander students experience the aftermath of driving while impaired

11th and 12th grade students at Alexander High School experienced the aftermath of driving while impaired at the Alexander Fire Department Recreation Hall on Thursday morning as a reminder before the Prom, don’t drive while impaired.

Agencies involved in Thursday’s Prom Drill – Alexander Fire Department, Bethany Fire Department, Darien Fire Department, Attica Fire Department, Mercy EMS, Genesee County Emergency 911 Center, Genesee County Coroner’s Office, Genesee County Sheriff’s Office, New York State Police, Alexander Central School District, L & L Towing, Dickinson’s Auto and Towing, and the Marley Funeral Home 

The incident involved a two-vehicle accident with a fatality, and several others injured with entrapment, a reminder of the real-life consequences of impaired driving.
