On May 30, 2024, deputies responded to an address in the Town of Alabama for an incident.
Paul Harrison Douglas Pelton-Wibbe, 26, of Alabama, NY, a suspect in the incident, reportedly left the residence on his bike prior to deputies’ arrival on scene. Pelton -Wibbe was located but refused to stop for deputies. He was then taken into custody after a brief struggle.
After a search, Pelton Wibbe was allegedly found with 4 Kung Fu Stars on his person.
He was issued an appearance ticket on May 31, 2024, and will appear in Alabama Town Court on June 18, 2024, at 6:00p.m.

Layliana M. Shine, 19, of Albion, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree and harassment 2nd degree against a protected party, after a domestic incident in Batavia on June 8, 2024. She was transported to the Genesee County Jail and held for CAP Court arraignment.

James C. Malone, 27, of Batavia, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd degree/physical contact, after allegedly striking a female in the face with an open hand at an address in the Town of Batavia on May 31, 2024 at 6:45a.m.
Malone also allegedly scratched the victim on her chest.
Malone was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on June 11, 2024 at 3:00p.m.

Ryan Clarke, 34, of Le Roy, NY, is charged with criminal mischief 3rd degree after allegedly throwing objects at a vehicle driving by on North Street on June 3, 2024 at 2:02a.m.
Clarke allegedly caused damage to the vehicle.
He was transported to the Genesee County Jail for prints and photos and released with an appearance ticket.
Clarke is to appear in Le Roy Town Court on June 20, 2024 at 1:00p.m.

Joshua P. Piscitelli, 39, of Albion, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd degree, following a physical altercation at Pembroke Town Park on June 1, 2024 at 12:05p.m.
Piscitelli was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on July 10, 2024 at 1:00p.m.
