On May 22, 2024, while at the Hozier Concert at Six Flags Darien Lake, Samantha L. Cuillo, 32, of Buffalo NY, was arrested after allegedly engaging in an altercation with another individual and causing physical injury to the victim.
Cuillo is charged with Assault 3rd degree and Criminal Mischief 4th degree. She was released on and appearance ticket and is due to appear in Darien Town Court at a later date.

On June 8, 2024, while at the Hardy Concert at Six Flags Darien Lake, Olivia R. Olejniczak, 29, of Depew, NY, and Tyler J. Sobkowiak, 30, of Cheektowaga, NY, were arrested after allegedly engaging in an altercation with multiple victims while inside the concert venue.
Both Olejniczak and Sobkowiak were charged with Harassment 2nd Degree. Olejniczak was also charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child because victims were less than 17 years of age. Both were released on appearance tickets and are due to appear in Darien Town Court at a later date.

On June 8, 2024, while at the Hardy Concert at Six Flags Darien Lake, Trevor H. Meyers, 20, of Lockport NY, was arrested after allegedly punching two Live Nation Security Guards after being asked to leave the concert venue.
Meyers is charged with Harassment 2nd degree and is due to appear in Darien Town Court at a later date.

On June 8, 2024, while at the Hardy Concert at Six Flags Darien Lake, Jason Walker, 24, of Niagara Falls NY, was arrested after allegedly entering the concert venue after being previously ejected.
Walker was charged with Trespass and was released on an appearance ticket and is due to appear in Darien Town Court at a later date.
