Flight or Fight-a violence, addiction and overdose awareness event was held at Austin Park on Saturday evening. The event was organized to raise awareness of the ongoing addiction crisis and to make people aware of the resources that are available to them.

Nester along with Nicky Gracious provided testimonials/music based on their journey in active recovery. Both have firsthand experience with what it’s like to live a life caught up in drug and alcohol abuse.
Also, at the park were agencies and organizations sharing their resources and information on what they have to offer and how they can help if you are struggling or suffering with any form of addiction, abuse, anxiety, depression, or suicide.
