Amethyste R. Fleming, 25, of Alexander, NY, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and criminal mischief 3rd degree, after allegedly leaving her child unattended in the house for hours while the weather was over 90 degrees.
The child also allegedly walked about a quarter of a mile down the road with Fleming’s two German Shepherds to a neighbor’s house, where the two dogs attacked a goat.
Fleming was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was held pending a CAP Court arraignment.

Andres M. Cabrera, 29, of Mineola, NY, is charged with attempted assault 2nd degree/with intent to cause injury to an officer/firefighter/EMT/crossing guard, criminal mischief 3rd degree/damage to another’s property-amount greater than $250, resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration 2nd degree and criminal mischief/intent to damage property on June 17, 2024 at 12:23a.m.
Deputies responded to the Quality Inn at 8250 Park Road for a criminal mischief complaint, and while conducting an investigation, deputies attempted to detain Cabrera who fled on foot and then fought with deputies.
Cabrera was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing. He was released with appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on July 9, 2024 at 9:00a.m.

Galena A. Esainko, 31, of Darien, NY, is charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a child and harassment 2nd degree and was taken into custody at a residence in the Town of Darien on June 19, 2024 at 8:10p.m.
Galena was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was arraigned in CAP Court on June 20, 2024 at 9:00a.m.

Ryan M. Bolivar, 43, of Fresno, California, is charged with DWAI/drugs, drinking alcohol or using cannabis in a motor vehicle on a highway and motor vehicle lights not meeting standards, after a traffic stop for traffic violations on Lewiston Road in Batavia on June 20, 2024 at 10:17a.m.
Bolivar was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and then released on uniform traffic tickets. He will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on August 1, 2024 at 1:00p.m.

Jamie L. D’Alba, of Oakfield, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, after allegedly being found to be in possession of a quantity of cocaine.
D’Alba was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with appearance ticket. She will appear in the Town of Oakfield Court on August 7, 2024.
