On June 17, 2024 at approximately 11:19a.m., a deputy from the Wyoming County Sheriff’s
Office was dispatched to Boyd Road in the Town of Covington, for a one car motor vehicle
accident into a pole. The operator of the vehicle was identified as William R. Tombari, 53, of Pavilion, NY.
During the investigation, Tombari exhibited alleged signs of impairment from alcohol. The deputy administered standardized field sobriety testing roadside and Tombari performed poorly on the tests and was subsequently arrested for driving while intoxicated.
Tombari was transported to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office, where he submitted to a breath test to determine his blood alcohol content. Tombari was found to allegedly be above the legal limit.
Tombari is charged with Aggravated DWI/ .18 BAC or more, Driving While Intoxicated, and
moving from a lane unsafely. Tombari was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Covington Court at a later date

The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office arrested Hapreet Bagga, age 38, of Brampton, Ontario, Canada following a traffic stop on Route 20A in the Town of Warsaw for aggravated unlicensed operation. Deputies on patrol observed a vehicle traveling west on Route 20A, allegedly above the posted speed limit. A traffic stop was conducted, and Bagga was found to be currently suspended in New York for failing to pay a driver assessment.
Bagga was arrested and issued citations for speed over 55 and aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree. Bagga will answer the charges on July 15th, 2024 in the Town of Warsaw Court

Following a traffic stop for an inspection violation on State Route 20A in the Village of Warsaw,
Sajid Hossain, age 19, of Jamaica, NY, was arrested and charged with possessing a forged inspection certificate.
The inspection sticker on his vehicle was showing to have belonged to a different vehicle.
Hossain was processed roadside and given an appearance ticket due back in the Village of
Warsaw Court at a later date.

Following a domestic incident, that occurred inside a moving vehicle while in the Town of
Warsaw, Brandon D. Bunk, age 29, of Warsaw, NY, was arrested for multiple family offenses. Its
alleged that Bunk had removed the keys from a vehicle while it was moving while engaging in a
domestic incident while a three-year-old child was in the vehicle.
Bunk was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief 4th degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Reckless Endangerment 2nd degree.
Bunk was processed and arraigned in front of Justice Fusani, where he was released on his own
recognizance due back in the Town of Warsaw Court at a later date.

On June 17th, 2024, at about 1:12p.m., deputies from the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office were
operating stationary patrol on Route 20A in the Town of Perry, when a vehicle was
observed traveling eastbound with a suspended registration.
A vehicle and traffic enforcement stop was conducted and the driver was identified as Ahmad H. Alali, 23, of Buffalo, NY.
Following a roadside investigation, Alali was arrested and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration.
Alali was processed roadside and released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Perry Town Court at a later date.

On June 12th, 2024, at around 11:32pm, a deputy with the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office was
patrolling westbound on Route 20A in the Town of Warsaw, when a vehicle was observed
traveling eastbound with a suspended registration.
A vehicle and traffic enforcement stop was conducted near the Warsaw Village line and the driver was identified as Lavon R. Shaw, 30, of Buffalo, NY. Following a roadside investigation, Shaw was arrested and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration.
Shaw was processed roadside and released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Warsaw Town Court at a later date.

Following a traffic stop for a speeding violation on June 10, 2024 on Route 20A, in the Town of Sheldon,
Crystal M. Cruz, age 46, of Allentown, Pennsylvania was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed
Operation 3rd degree.
Cruz was showing to have one active suspension on her New York license for failure to pay child support. Cruz was processed roadside and issued an appearance ticket. She is due back in the Town of Sheldon Court on 06/24/24

On June 10, 2024, at approximately 7:32p.m., a Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office deputy stopped a
vehicle on Rt. 20A in the Town of Warsaw, for having a suspended registration.
The driver of the vehicle, Duke Agbleze, 20, of Buffalo, NY, was arrested and charged with Operating with
Suspended/ Revoked registration. Agbleze was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in Warsaw
Town Court on June 24, 2024.

On June 8, 2024, Melissa J. Beaumont, 46 of Rochester, NY, was arrested following a traffic stop on Rt. 77 in the Town of Sheldon.
Beaumont was stopped for driving with a suspended license.
Beaumont was found to have one active suspension and was issued an appearance ticket for
aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, returnable to Town Court at a later date

David A. Nesbitt, 52, of Farmington, NY, was arrested following a traffic stop on East Buffalo Street
in the Village of Warsaw on June 7, 2024.
Nesbitt was stopped by deputies after it was found the vehicle he was operating did not have any brake lights and the inspection was expired.
Nesbitt was found to have a suspended license with 7 total suspensions dating as far back as 1994. Nesbitt is charged with no brake lights, uninspected motor vehicle, unlicensed operation, and aggravated
unlicensed operation in the 3rd degree. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the
Village Court at a later date
