On June 27th, 2024, while at the Kenny Chesney Concert at Six Flags Darien Lake, the following individuals were arrested:
Joseph A. Stephany, 18, of LeRoy, NY, was charged with possession of alcohol under 21.
Joseph A. Dirisio, 18, of Batavia, NY, was charged with possession of alcohol under 21.
Emily J. Schlabach,19, of Clarence, NY, was charged with trespass after allegedly reentering the concert venue after she was previously ejected.
Marissa T. Peters, 22, of North Tonawanda, NY, was charged with Harassment 2nd degree after allegedly striking another person while inside the concert venue.
All the listed individuals were issued appearance tickets and are due to appear in Darien Town Court on July 9, 2024 at 4:00PM
