Steven K. Underhill, 27, of Oakfield, NY, is charged with reckless endangerment 2nd degree after allegedly firing a shotgun into a residential neighborhood while allegedly under the influence of a narcotic on June 30, 2024 in Webber Avenue about 5:00a.m.
Underhill was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released with an appearance ticket returnable to Oakfield Town Court on July 8, 2024 at 5:00p.m.

Michael A. Sweet, 38, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of stolen property 5th degree. Sweet was allegedly operating a vehicle in the City of Batavia while allegedly in possession of stolen property on July 1, 2024 at 9:39p.m. on Oak Street.
Sweet was transported to the Genesee County Jail where he was processed and issued an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia City Court on July 23, 2024 at 1:00p.m.

Nafis A. Jackson, 28, of Rochester, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree/intentionally disobeying a lawful court mandate, after allegedly violating a full stay away order of protection on July 2, 2024 at 1:55a.m. at an address on Kelsey Road in the Town of Batavia.
Jackson was taken into custody and transported to the Genesee County Jail where he was held for a CAP Court appearance at 9:00a.m..

Robzeem Estevez, 29, of Syracuse, NY, is charged with trespass after allegedly entering and remaining on private property at 8210 Park Road in the Town of Batavia, NY on July 2, 2024 at 9:28a.m.
Estevez was previously trespassed from the above address.
He will appear in Batavia Town Court on July 23, 2024 at 3:00p.m.
