Esmeralda D. Ocampo, 22, of Elba, NY is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd degree and operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, after allegedly being located at a business on Church Street in Bergen asleep next to her vehicle on July 5, 2024.
Ocampo was issued uniform traffic tickets and will appear in the Town of Bergen Court on July 17, 2024 at 5:00p.m.

Douglas G. Goodwin Jr., 33, of Alabama, NY, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree/10/more suspensions on10/more dates, criminal impersonation of another person 2nd degree, motor vehicle lights do not meet standards and unsafe tires on July 6, 2024 at 8:58p.m.
Goodwin Jr. was stopped in a parking lot on W. Main Street in Batavia for traffic violations.
After an investigation, Goodwin allegedly attempted to misrepresent his actual name to prevent a police officer from ascertaining his true name.
After properly identifying Goodwin, he was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with an appearance ticket. He will appear in Batavia City Court on July 23, 2024 at 1:00p.m.

James R. Williams, 39, of Lockport, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd degree, operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver and speeding in a zone after being stopped for traffic violations on Rt. 19 in the Village of Bergen on July 7, 2024.
Williams was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with uniform traffic tickets. Williams will appear in the Town of Bergen Court on July 24, 2024 at 5:00p.m.

Jonathan R. Beilfuss, 37, of Buffalo, NY, is charged with DWI and aggravated DWI/Per SE-driving with a BAC of .18% or more on July 3, 2024 in a parking lot at 9993 Rt. 77, Darien Lake. Beilfuss was allegedly intoxicated by by alcohol according to deputies.
He was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and them released with uniform traffic tickets. Beilfuss will appear in the Town of Darien Court on August 6, 2024 at 4:00p.m.
