Janna M. Stirk, 41, of Albion, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and failure to obey a police officer, after a traffic stop on Sumner Road in Darien on July 11, 2024 at 10:23p.m.
Stirk allegedly failed to stop for a deputy that was directing traffic following a concert at Six Flags Darien Lake. After an investigation, deputies say Stirk was allegedly operating a motor vehicle intoxicated by alcohol.
Stirk was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on appearance tickets and will appear in Darien Town Court on July 25, 2024 at 1:00p.m.

Travis M. Klotzbach, 34, of Mechanicsville, VA, is charged with DWI, speeding in excess of posted speed limit/55MPH, open container violation and failure to notify DMV of change of address, following a traffic stop on Lewiston Road in the Town of Batavia on July 6, 2024 at 12:20a.m.
Klotzbach was initially stopped for an alleged speed violation and was found to allegedly be intoxicated by alcohol. Klotzbach was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail and held pending a CAP Court arraignment on July 7, 2024 at 9:00a.m.

Moises Casarez, 43, of Hamlin, NY, is charged with DWI following a traffic offense complaint on Park Road in the Town of Batavia on July 13, 2024 at 2:20a.m.
Casarez was allegedly operating a moto vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol.
Casarez was held at the Genesee County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court.

Alexander M. Petrocci, 30, of Farmington, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and a speeding violation/exceed 55MPH, after a traffic stop for traffic violations on Rt. 19 in Pavilion on July 13, 2024.
After an investigation, deputies say Petrocci was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol. He was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with uniform traffic tickets.
Petrocci will appear in Pavilion Town Court on August 27, 2024 at 3:00p.m.

Dawn M. Testa-Turner, no age provided, of Lisle, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, passing a red light and improper left turn after allegedly operating a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition on Rt. 98 and Park Road on July 13, 2024.
Testa-Turner was released and issued an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia City Court on July 24, 2024 at 9:00a.m.

JD M. Johnson, 24, of Rochester, NY, was arrested on a bench warrant following a traffic stop on Clinton Street in the Town of Stafford. Johnson allegedly failed to pay a fine imposed by a court and was turned over to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office.

Nicholas E. McEneany, 26, of Avon, NY, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing a can of beer from a concession stand during the Red Hot Chili Peppers Concert at 9993 Alleghany Road in Darien on July 12, 2024 at 9:15p.m.
McEneany was released and issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Darien Town Court on August 6, 2024 at 4:00p.m.

Jeffrey R. Roth, 58, of Oakfield, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 1st degree following an investigation on July 8, 2024 on Veteran’s Memorial Drive in the Town of Batavia.
Roth allegedly violated a duly served order of protection issued by Genesee County Family Court and was held at the Genesee County Jail for a CAP Court arraignment on July 9, 2024 at 9:00a.m.

Joseph Degweck Jr., 52, of East Aurora, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree after allegedly being in possession of a controlled substance on Main Road in Pembroke on July 7, 2024.
Degweck was transported to the Genesee County Jail and was arraigned in CAP Court on July 8, 2024 at 9:00a.m.
