2. Application by Genesee Biogas Facility, Matthew Fitzgerald Esq. SEQR Consultant and Loren Toretta of ch4biogas, for the construction of a renewable gas facility (biogas plant) at the Ag. Park, Town of Batavia. SEQR and Site Plan Review contingent on Final Engineer Approval.
