normal breathing or circulation of the blood of another person, applied pressure on
the throat or neck of A.M.H, and thereby caused stupor, loss of consciousness for

Order of Protection, or such Order of which the Defendant had actual knowledge
because he was present in Court when such Order was issued, or an order of
protection issued by a court of competent jurisdiction in this or another state,
territorial or tribal jurisdiction, with intent to harass, annoy, threaten or alarm a
person, for whose protection such Order was issued, he struck, kicked, shoved or
otherwise subjected another person, to physical contact or attempted or
threatened the same.

offender, failed to register with the New York State Division of Criminal Justice
Services, within ten calendar days of such change, any change of address, internet
accounts with internet access providers belonging to such offender or internet
identifiers that such offender used to wit: a Tik Tok account name of
“@bIessedfornone86”.
COUNT TWO:
The Grand Jury of Genesee County, by this count in this Indictment, accuses
the defendant, CHRISTOPHER D. BISIG, of the crime of FAILURE TO REGISTER A
CHANGE OF ADDRESS, a class E felony, contrary to Correction Law Sections 168-
f(4) and 168-t, committed on or about March 25, 2024, in the City of Batavia, in the
County of Genesee:
At said time and place, CHRISTOPHER D. BISIG, being a convicted sex
offender, failed to register with the New York State Division of Criminal Justice
Services, within ten calendar days of such change, any change of address, internet
accounts with internet access providers belonging to such offender or internet
identifiers that such offender used to wit: a Discord social media account name of
“Blessedgunz86”.

the defendant, JENNIFER J. HOGAN, of the crime of BAIL JUMPING IN THE SECOND
DEGREE, a class E felony, Contrary to Penal Law Section 215.56, committed on or
about September 17, 2020, in the City of Batavia, in the County of Genesee:
At said time and place, JENNIFER J, HOGAN, having by Court order, been
released from custody or allowed to remain at liberty, either upon bail or upon her
own recognizance, upon condition that she would subsequently appear personally in
the Batavia City Court, in the County of Genesee, State of New York, in connection
with a charge(s) against her of committing a felony, to wit: Robbery in the Second
Degree, did not appear personally on the required date or voluntarily within thirty
days thereafter.

The Grand Jury of Genesee County, by this count in this Indictment, accuses
the defendant, ALAN D. TIDD, JR., of the crime of FAILURE TO REGISTER AND TO
VERIFY, a class D felony, contrary to Correction Law Sections 168-f(4) and 168-t,
committed on or about February 8, 2024, in the City of Batavia, in the County of
Genesee:
At said time and place, ALAN D, TIDD, JR., being a convicted sex offender,
failed to register with the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services,
within ten calendar days of such change, any change of address, internet accounts
with internet access providers belonging to such offender or internet identifiers that
such offender used to wit: a Fet Life account name of “freaklife1990”.

The Grand Jury of Genesee County, by this count in this Indictment, accuses
the defendant, ALAN D. TIDD, JR., of the crime of FAILURE TO REGISTER AND TO
VERIFY, a class D felony, contrary to Correction Law Sections 168-f(4) and 168-t,
committed on or about February, 2024, in the City of Batavia, in the County of Genesee:
At said time and place, ALAN D. TIDD, JR., being a convicted sex offender,
failed to register with the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services,

the lawful process or mandate of a court, to wit: violated that part of a duly served
Stay Away Order of Protection issued pursuant to CPL 530.12, or such Order of which
the Defendant had actual knowledge because he was present in Court when such Order
was issued, or an Order of Protection issued by a Court of competent jurisdiction in
another state, territorial or tribal jurisdiction which required the Defendant to stay
away from the person or persons on whose behalf the order was issued, to wit: —- —-

KEVIN T. FINNELL, District Attorney of Genesee County, states that the
defendant, LEONARD E. AGUAYO, was previously convicted of Criminal Contempt in
the Second Degree, in violation of Section 215.50(3) of the New York State Penal
Law, on or about September 26, 2023, in Town of Batavia Court, County of
Genesee, State of New York.

At said time and place, RYAN C, COOK, being a convicted sex offender, failed
to register with the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services, within ten
calendar days of such change, any change of address, internet accounts With
internet access providers belonging to such offender or internet identifiers that such
offender used.
COUNT TWO:
The Grand Jury of Genesee County, by this count in this Indictment,
accuses the defendant, RYAN C. COOK, of the crime of FAILURE TO REGISTER AND
VERIFY, a class E felony, contrary to Corrections Law Section 168-f(3), committed
on or about April 16, 2024, in the Town of Batavia, in the County of Genesee:
At said time and place, RYAN C. COOK, being a convicted sex offender, did
fail to personally verify his address with the local law enforcement agency within 90
days of his last verification on March 20, 2023, as required by the aforesaid law.

155.30(1), committed on or about February 3, 2024, in the Town of Batavia, in the
County of Genesee:
At said time and place, ERICKA K. MCBRIDE AND TAJHENNE T. WALKER, did
steal property having a value exceeding one thousand dollars.
COUNT TWO:
The Grand Jury of Genesee County, by this count in this Indictment, accuses the
defendants, ERICKA K. MCBRIDE AND TAJHENNE T. WALKER, of the crime of
CONSPIRACY IN THE FIFTH DEGREE, a class A misdemeanor, contrary to Penal Law
Section 105.05(1), committed on or about February 3, 2024, in the Town of Batavia,
County of Genesee:
At said time and place, ERICKA K. MCBRIDE AND TAJHENNE T. WALKER, with
intent that conduct constituting a felony be performed, agreed with one or more
persons to engage in or cause the performance of such conduct.
COUNT THREE:
The Grand Jury of Genesee County, by this count in this Indictment, accuses the
defendants, ERICKA K. MCBRIDE AND TAJHENNE T. WALKER, of the crime of
POSSESSION OF BURGLAR TOOLS, a class A misdemeanor, contrary to Penal Law
Section 140.35, committed on or about February 3, 2024, in the Town of Batavia,
County of Genesee:
At said time and place, ERICKA K. MCBRIDE AND TAJHENNE T. WALKER,
possessed a tool, instrument or other article adapted, designed or commonly used for
committing or facilitating offenses involving forcible entry into premises, or offenses
involving larceny by physical taking, to wit: a magnetic security tag remover, under
circumstances evincing an intent to use or knowledge that some person intended to
use the same in the commission of an offense of such character.
