Nicole M. Will, 43, of Teachers Lane, Orchard Park, NY, was arrested on July 30, 2024, and charged with grand larceny 3rd degree, a class D felony. Will is accused of stealing approximately $15,585.07 from the Pembroke PTA bank account which she had access to because of her role as Pembroke PTA Treasurer and President.
According to the Sheriff’s Department, the thefts occurred from around January of 2019 through April of 2024.
Will was processed at the Genesee County Jail and held for CAP Court at 9:00a.m. on July 30, 2024.
